Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

As leisure activities, Ticiland in Stein am Rhein is available for children and Conny Land in nearby Lipperswil is available for young and old.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Distance fair Friedrichshafen (Messe Friedrichshafen) 15 kilometers, Friedrichshafen 15 kilometers, Constance 18 kilometers.
