The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk to the Rhine promenade, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and for train travelers the train station is around the corner. Remagen is located between Bonn and Koblenz (20 minutes by train) and is very well located for many excursions, city visits, hikes and bike rides.
