Die beiden Wohnungen befinden sich in Rheinau im Ortsteil Memprechtshofen. Direkt in der Umgebung befindet sich der Badesee. Ein kleiner, gemütlich See mit Liegewiese und Strand, ideal zum sonnen und baden. Die ländliche, ebene Landschaft bietet sich für Spaziergänge, Radfahren und ruhige Stunden in der Natur an.
