It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Here you can relax and relax beyond the tourist trails and listen to the nightingale. In the 10,000 square meter sun hill garden, everyone will find the tranquility that requests.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Our cozy apartment, which was built in 2016 and is therefore modern and contemporary, is just a stone's throw from the sea. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 m away and direct access to the sea via the "Devil's Gorge" is 300 m. Sports, leisure and shopping are abundant in the village. On the terrace you can sometimes see the sea through the treetops and enjoy romantic sunsets.
