Immersed in greenery, surrounded by birds and lulled by the sound of the Preto River, which is at the back of the property, the chalet is romantic, cozy and bright, combining tranquility and peace with the practicality of walking to downtown Maringá, where some of the best restaurants, shops and studios in the region are located. During Carnival, the minimum number of nights is five (5).

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Rustic style chalet, very cozy, 75m², located less than 100 meters from Alameda Gastronomia, in the heart of Maringa-MG, in a gated community, with security and a parking space. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc. You can do everything on foot, your car can be stationary at the condominium at all times. The region of Visconde de Maua is full of waterfalls, trails, walks and adventures. Great to disconnect from everyday concerns.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
