Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. 3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
