Holiday rentals with a pool in Resende

When I searched for this space at a delicate time in my life, the stay and Daniel's understanding were excellent, and he promptly met my expectations, making the checkout flexible, which made it possible to celebrate my wife and son's birthday. Anyway, we will definitely return soon, we love the proximity to everything, we heard restaurants, nice places to walk and enjoy nature, we made trails with the help of a quadricycle which was great to end the Sunday, not to mention the historic center of Penedo that has a lot to offer for those who want to walk, rest and style. I highly recommend it

The chalet is super equipped and has everything to enjoy a great time, the view is spectacular, the chalet is located in the middle of the hills, the sunset is beautiful!! the grounds are very spacious, swimming pool, swings, lounge with barbecue!! Joelma was super receptive and attentive to all the details.

The photos don't show how amazing the view is, how comfortable the bathtub and the cottage are. The days were pleasant, with temperatures not exceeding 20°C, and it was only on the second day that we had a view of the peak of the sealed stone. You can see the movement of the clouds dispersing through the mountains, and at night the fog took over. It was wonderful! Access is very easy, any car can do it. The path to the village of Viscount is also very easy, just follow the road. Ana Paula made us feel very comfortable, respecting our privacy and always being available! We intend to return on warmer days to enjoy the barbecue and pool area.

We had the pleasure of spending wonderful days at the São João da Colina Site, a simply magnificent place! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and quiet, with a lush view that enchanted us every moment. The service of Isaias and Dani was exceptional, both are super attentive and hospitable, making our stay even more special. O Senhor João e Dona Gonçalina are people of good soul, who welcomed us with great affection. Wake up in this paradise, with the singing of birds and the mugging of the cow, it was like hearing a stunning symphony! The access road is easy to reach, which makes it even easier to visit. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have ever experienced. We recommend with your eyes closed to all who seek a haven of peace and natural beauty! We had a great experience in Penedo! The house is cozy, well-equipped and very close to the center, which made our walking tours much easier. The hostess was extremely helpful and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend the stay!

An amazing weekend with my family. The house is cozy, very well taken care of, my wife and children loved it. We left the city to be in nature, with the comfort and coziness of a home. My kids will get off their phones and we'll have that quality time to talk, have a good barbecue and enjoy. The view is beautiful . Luiza and Ricardo were excellent hosts. Very polite and attentive. As my wife says... get out of the city but cherish comfort. I recommend it! Gratitude.

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Ronaldo's apartment is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by green, close to the river. There is also a relaxing deck and a pool that my 10 year old daughter enjoyed a lot when we were not in some waterfall in the region. There are excellent options of restaurants a few meters away from the apartment that is right in the center of the village, at Alameda Gastronomica, but it is still super quiet at night, which allows a good sleep. The apartment has enough utensils for cooking and is also super well airy. We recommend!
