At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Our home is 20 minutes from Penedo and 50 mins from Visconde de Maua.

It has a private pool on the adjacent land. Great for relaxing and hanging out with friends. The house has beds for ten people, plus two mattresses in the bedroom and 2 mattresses on the gourmet balcony sofa that can be used to accommodate up to 14 people
