Visconde de Mauá: a home to call your own

Comfortable 2-bedroom ground floor house, located on a site where you can enjoy contact with nature and the song of birds. Located in a privileged area, between the Villages of Visconde de Mauá and Maringá, the house has a spacious American kitchen, living room, two comfortable bedrooms and excellent quality bed and bath linens. In addition to a private pond, the property has access to the Preto River. A special place to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities and rest!

Chalé do Riacho near Itatiaia Park

Chalé do Riacho is unique and has a waterfall in its backyard. A typical country house, with lots of greenery and cozy details. You can take a soothing bath in the outdoor hot tub, or take a typical Finnish sauna and cool off in the stream with an energizing waterfall. Cook on the veranda on the wood stove, or a barbecue in the quiet shade of a Jabuticabeira, next to the hammocks. At night, light a floor fire for Moonlit nights or the fireplace on cold nights.

Very bucolic, the place offers moments of pleasure for those who enjoy nature. It is 800 meters from Três Bacias, Poço das Esmeraldas and 1.2 km from Cachoeira de Deus, Penedo's main natural tourist attractions. We have a small dry sauna, barbecue area and direct access to Ribeirão das Pedras, for a nice swim in its clear water. The distance to the Center is 5 km. By car, 12 minutes is enough to complete the journey. There is a market 3 km from the property.

If you seek connection with nature, the João de Barro Refuge is the perfect destination. Imagine waking up to the sound of the river that passes at the bottom of the chalet, feel the cool breeze and enjoy a large and exclusive backyard just for you. A haven of peace, coziness and freedom in the midst of nature! The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, but can also accommodate up to 6 guests upon prior request and additional payment.
