Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Restaurants and a supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Gas barbecue Grill are available free of charge.

You have a breathtaking view on the Alps. The flat is located on the second floor where you can enjoy this view perfectly from our balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
