The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - captivates with its old building charm, in combination with stylish, high-quality furnishings.

If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

We warmly welcome you to our new apartment just outside Cologne. A high-quality, friendly ambience awaits you after an eventful day. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare a small meal yourself. The comfortable sofa invites you to a TV or reading evening. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Quietly located but still central, a small forest close by, a swimming lake with water skiing about 10 minutes from here, Phantasialand can be reached in 15 minutes Cologne in about 15 minutes, depending on where you want to go a little longer (by car). Everything is accessible by bus and train. Of course, there's plenty more to explore.
