the fully-furnished apartment is located close to the city-centre of Cologne and lies only about 200 metres away from the Rhine River. The fair in Cologne-Deutz, the Lanxess-Arena and downtown Cologne are just a few minutes by car. A bakery, a pharmacy, a bank, some supermarkets and the next trainstation are just 5 walking minutes away. The apartment is in fact a 2-storey annexe with a separate entrance and a private garden where you can relax or have a barbecue. It´s almost like a little house. In the livingroom is a fireplace for cozy winter evenings and in the 2 bedrooms up to 4 persons can sleep. In the mediterranean style kitchen or on the covered terrace a delicious breakfast is served for a small fee if you wish. Enjoy fresh eggs from our own chickens! For bicycle-tours along the beautiful Rhine River, bikes can be borrowed. There´s free parking in the streets around the house, motorcycles can be parked in our courtyard.

There are also parking spots along the street.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Small but cozy cottage apartment

Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Our property is located in the trendy district of Neuehrenfeld. The district is centrally located and very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, adventurers, and families (with children).
