The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

Our approx. 50 sqm apartment has one bedroom with double bed, living room with extendable day bed (80cm or 160cm x 200 cm), couch and satelite TV. A kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Distance to Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Mittelrhein/Loreley 16km.

One of two lovingly renovated self contained apartments overlooking the historic Balz. The ground floor apartment has great access, a wealth of ancient beams, a cozy courtyard, modern facilities and sleeps up to five people. Our apartment on the ground floor, bright and friendly, is located in the winegrowing community of Bornich, in the "World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley", directly on the Rheinsteig. The Loreley can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. You will find us in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. Parking directly at the house. Check-in via key safe possible. In 500m you are in the great outdoors.
