The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Welcome to our beautiful and cozy apartment by the lake. The apartment is accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor of our house. Guests have the entire place to themselves, with a bathroom all to themselves. The apartment is divided into 2 levels. Downstairs in the living-dining area is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with chairs, pull-out couch. Upstairs: 1.80 m bed, which can also be used individually as desired. There is free parking at the house. The train station is about 1 km away.

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.
