The barrier-free junior suite with Fireplace consists of 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large box-spring bed for 2 people, two fully equipped kitchens and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. You have access to the garden/pool. We are located on a traffic-calmed street with good infrastructure (supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance). Great connection to the A5/A6.

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

From organic store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be borrowed) you are in 10 min. on the Rhine o.Badesee. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min.) in 14 minutes. Bus line/train station Neckarau (7 min walk).

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.
