Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Das Appartment ist ein umgebauter Schuppen, erschlossen über eine steile Treppe. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Eingangsbereich im EG mit Kleiderschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

The holiday apartment "Rheinstetten 2" is located right at the entrance to Rheinstetten-Forchheim. A tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away – from there, it takes about 15 minutes by tram to reach downtown Karlsruhe. The A5/A8 motorway junction can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The B36 road provides quick access to Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, and Rastatt. Also suitable as accommodation for tradespeople.

Bright 2 bedroom apartment (65 sq m) equipped with a kitchen, private patio and lounge furniture. You get access to a well maintained park-like garden. Rural location with a range of hiking trails nearby. There is no more than 30 min. driving involved to reach the city center of Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe or the Rhine river. Next supermarket 5 min. by car in the neighboring village.

Vacation home "Right in the heart❤"

The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
