Holiday rentals with a balcony in Rhone-Alpes

The place is a real paradise. Clean, well equiped, spotless...beautiful views and calm. Sonia and her husband, the hosts, are very very helpful people. The only but is that the property is managed by this company called Interhome Groups as they are no that professional in terms of keeping rental conditions.

Great little studio apartment with bunk beds in a sectioned off corner. Ideal for 2 - bunk beds very comfortable so we didn’t bother using the sofa bed. Had everything we needed for basic self catering Very close to Spar, bakery and ski hire shops - several options for accessing slopes all very close. Paid for parking right outside - we opted for the outdoor as it was slightly cheaper

Thank you very much, thank you very much. Impeccable stay overall, except your neighbor below, who came to bother us because we talk too loudly and he heard everything. So we were just talking in the evening for two. Then in the morning it is allowed to hit the ceiling for us to wake up! He came a 2nd time last night, your neighbor intervened! I even believe that she filed a complaint at the condominium for me, I was crying in a body. He didn't want to understand that we were doing nothing wrong just talking, and he only wanted to bother us because we were 2 women! In short A big thank you to your neighbor and her mom! Your neighbor below has no insulation on the ceiling, it's up to him to do what is necessary but you can put a rug under the table and markers under the chairs ( his bedroom is below the living room).

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. This property is in the quiet part of town but only 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants and from the Medran lift. Sunny balcony. Comfortable and spotless.

Lovely place to stay. You can walk to morzine central without skis , the bus is convenient and pretty regular. Best access to slopes is via bus to Super Morzine or Plenney. I had thought the apartment was in Montriond as Airbnb suggested but it’s not so easy to get there or Ardent lift. That may have been my own misconception but worth pointing out. It’s well located for Morzine. The hostess was kind and let me use the apartment until 2pm on check out so I could ski and shower at the place before my flight, much appreciated. I also managed to practice my French with her which was great!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it had everything you could possibly need, was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The view was exceptional and the close proximity to Tracouet Ski lift, the restaurants and shops was a huge plus! We can't wait to return next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Simply the best location possible! Super nice, higher end neighborhood near many, many restaurants, store, groceries. The flat is quite spacious, both bedroom and living room good size. Emile is very responsive, checking in by text several times to confirm things are well. I was met at the front and was allowed to check in a few hours early too. Flat seems to have all new appliances. That said, the building is older and the interior of the flat is furnished more like student housing, tho is kept quite clean. Given the great location and wonderful, considerate service from Emile and his hired agent, deserving of 5 stars as most guests will not spend much time in the flat

Lovely cottage, comfortable and cozy. Great location. Too bad the fireplace smoked a lot and therefore not possible to make a fireplace without having eyes stinging...

The accommodation is conveniently located a 15-minute walk from the bettex resort. The interior of the cottage is very beautiful and spacious with an amazing view. The accommodation is well equipped . Be careful to provide chains because when it snows it may be difficult to access the chalet.

We had a great stay in the beautiful Chalet D'Arby. The view of the surrounding mountains is truly sensational and impressive. Even before arriving, I was looking forward to breakfast on the terrace with a mountain panorama. The expectations were absolutely met. The quiet location of the well-equipped chalet on the hillside provides a magnificent view. The check-in was super easy and worked well, although we arrived very late. We had caught a week with very high summer temperatures, which made it a little warm upstairs without air conditioning, but the bedrooms downstairs were pleasantly cool and so everything was fine. All in all, a highly recommended accommodation, even for the summer. The nice little play corner for our son was also great. We lacked nothing, as the house is well and modernly equipped. I can highly recommend it! :-)

Pleasant house. The garden and swimming pool are very well maintained and very pleasant. Close to a multitude of places to discover. Mr. Roux is very kind and very welcoming. I recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The chalet is spacious, cozy and has the most amazing terrace and view. Duvets and beds are good and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and well functioning. Communication was easy - once you found out that it's not a traditional Airbnb but a rental agency behind the rental, so you have more people to communicate with. If you are visiting for skiing, it is a good idea to take the ski bus, as the road up to the city is very steep. Overall a great stay. Thank you for this time!

There were 8 of us and had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful chalet, even more beautiful than in the photos The view is extraordinary, the chalet is very well equipped and has real comfort for 8, each having its own living space (on 3 floors) The Nendaz resort is very pleasant at this iodine of the year for two. Lots of beautiful walks to do for young and old Communication was very easy and enjoyable with the agency We will be back!
