Stayed with my friends for a festival, was a short trip to leeds centre, the flat was tidy and had everything we needed, big tv and comfy sofa, key pad entry was convenient, all enjoyed our stay and host was friendly, thank you Kim 😊

Margaret is a great host. The description of the studio was spot on. Very compact, self contained and spotlessly clean. We used it for a New Years break and it was within good walking distance to the town. Communication from Margaret was excellent.

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

Came into town from London for a 40th and found this place perfect for a large, extended family travelling together. Great location, easy to find with simple check-in and check-out process! Very clean, with basic amenities, with lots of shops around for any need that may arise. Host was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions! We would have benefitted from having two sets of keys for a group of our size, but the lockbox system by front door did work well enough - just be aware you need the keys inside the house to lock the door, so if some of your group stay out later the people at home will need to let them in.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, but wish I stayed for longer. The apartment was beautiful, the decoration was modern and simplistic but homely. The location of the property is extremely ideal being right in the city centre and having everything you need within a few minutes walk. The views are amazing- especially on an evening or early morning to catch the sun rise/set! Beautiful skyline. There is a little Bit of outside noise, but nothing major and that the TV doesn’t cover- you can’t hear anything from the bedroom so your sleep is undisturbed. I was greeted at check in and shown around the apartment and the host was quick to respond with any queries I had. It was worth every penny spent. It was a lovely place to have some peace before the new year. Thank you for the lovely stay! I’ll be sure to book again in the future.

Lovely penthouse. Spacious, clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Local to city centre. Jane was really responsive and made our stay perfect.

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage, full of European character and history. The vintage dining table, snooker scoreboard, classic furniture, and shelves of books gave the place a warm, nostalgic feel. The cast iron fireplaces in both the kitchen and living room added to the cosy atmosphere, and the bath and shower were beautifully designed and relaxing to use. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into curating such a unique space. Hilary was a thoughtful and welcoming host, easy to communicate with and full of helpful local tips. The only thing to note is the presence of a pet smell and some pet hair, which might be noticeable for those not used to animals. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. We really appreciated the charm and comfort this cottage offered and would happily recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and character-filled escape. Thank you, Hilary, for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay for a big group! We stayed after a gig at St. James’ Park, couldn’t recommend enough ❤️👏 Fully equipped and there was 4x bathrooms which was great when we were such a big group :)

The house was very nice and exactly as described. Adefunke was a pleasant and helpful host. We did have some queries and they were responded to quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable and wardrobe space was excellent in all rooms. The house is well kept and was perfect for three old golfers to use as a base for four days.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was pristine and furnished to a really high standard! The beds were really comfy, the kitchen contained all the essentials, the shower was powerful and the house had a lovely atmosphere! We were really pleased that there is an EV charger to use at the property as this is something we look for when booking Air bnb's. The garden area was spacious and the furniture was really comfy. Mitchell was very helpful and responded to any questions as well as his family who are close by and very helpful. The location of the house is perfect to see a lot of the north east. We visited the beaches. Durham and Northumberland, all really easy to get to. Thanks so much for a great stay. We would love to come again!

Great location, beautiful house and hottub was an amazing extra Due to unforeseen circumstances our venue was changed last minute. But the new house was beautiful so we was fine with the change. The annex was particularly beautiful as was lazing it the hottub with a prosecco in the mist of nature

Lynda's Place exceeded our expectations! It truly felt like a home away from home. My family was immediately at ease — the furniture was tasteful, the bedding was spotless, and the overall ambience was warm and inviting. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The price was absolutely worth it for the comfort and experience we had. Highly recommended!

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

It was a nice experience at Sadiq’s place. Came for a course at the university and it was just 5 minutes to the location which made it easy. I usually go for Airbnb to enable me cook my own meals as I don’t eat outside; Sadiq was helpful in making available the utensils I needed and allowed me use his fridge.

A stunning apartment in a vibrant part of Leeds, in a quiet street. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We had a great stay.

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.
