Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Vacation home right on the edge of the forest

Quiet, detached vacation home to relax, right on the edge of the forest (approx. 45 square meters). Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).

Falkennest-Haus

In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy beautiful hours in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest furnishings makes your stay a unique experience!

Our centrally located house sleeps up to 8 and is suitable for families, couples or business travelers. In 5 minutes you can reach the city center, Ingolstadt Village, Audi Forum and Westpark. A train station (connections to Munich, Nuremberg and Regensburg) is 4 minutes away, a supermarket within walking distance. The house is modern and cozy, with fully equipped kitchen, freshly renovated bathroom and free WiFi. Celebrations and parties are also possible

Home with a view and space in Neustadt

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

🌱This special accommodation combines ecological living with modern comfort. In our sustainable wooden house, you can expect lovingly designed rooms with natural materials for your own use - from oiled wooden floors to breathable clay walls. Enjoy the balance between nature experience and living comfort in our thoughtfully designed paradise. We were able to acquire the Red House in 2024 and will continue to lovingly revitalize it.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

Vacation home at Donauspitz (Kelheim)

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
