Spacious two-room apartment (54m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250 m to bus stop (20 min. to Regensburg). The apartment is located at the foot of the Donaustaufer Burgberg, near the Walhalla and not far from the World Heritage Site of Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travellers, cyclists, solo travellers... actually for everyone. Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.
