Very friendly and welcoming host, clean and comfortable

This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Regula and Sascha are absolutely lovely people and their home is a gem. Like others have wrote, they have thought about every detail from a wood-fired oven for pizzas to an herb garden to pick for meals to even pre-paying for our bus card to get around town. They were so kind to show us around their home when we checked in and explained everything we would need to know. The property is stunning and so peaceful with access to the lake for swimming or to take the ferry as well as a bus stop at the end of the street. I hope to stay in their home again and I would recommend it to anyone considering! Paradise! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more sunshine. Thank you both so much!

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping facilities. There is so much to do - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Beautifully located apartment to discover the region. The apartment is clean and functional, although the fact that it is on 3 floors makes it less convenient. Tania's communication and hospitality were pleasant and efficient. I recommend it!

A spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Perfect base for hikes and a swim in the lake nearby and then enjoy homemade dinner in the garden.

This place is amazing! Perfect for our one day stay in Brienz, still comfortable even with a one year old. The views are to die for! This is the perfect location, you are next to the train station, the boat dock, and most importantly, the beautiful water! The place was so cute and cozy and clean. They have many dishes to use and anything else you may need kitchen wise. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed 5 night stay here. We felt very convenient to explore the surroundings & popular places by easy bus & train everyday. This place is a hidden gem. So close to everything with a rental car which we had. Gorgeous location, and view of the lake which is just down the street. Roger is a great host.

Was really nice. The location was amazing easy to walk to from train. Great restaurants and things to do. The city is expensive. The stairs are very noisy like no matter how u walk everyone knows u r on the stairs. Everything was in good condition. I would stay there again.

This booking exceeded my expectations. It’s a great place to stay, it’s peaceful, and beautiful. It was the perfect place. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in. Everything was just perfect!

Beautiful accommodation with a dream view! The apartment is superbly equipped, very clean and lovingly furnished – nothing is missing. There are two supermarkets directly opposite and an underground parking space is included. The absolute highlight: the incredible view of the lake and mountains. So beautiful that I didn't need the TV once! The location is quiet and perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and really unwinding. Communication with the hosts was exceptional – fast, warm and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back! 5 stars – absolutely recommended for all those who seek peace, nature and comfort.

we were in the cottage last week, had perfect weather. The location by the lake... what can we say. Fantastically beautiful. Nestled in nature and close to Zurich. Great location! Phil, a host like no other. Attentive, friendly, respectful of privacy. Charming. Even provided us with a stand-up paddle. All in all, we had a wonderful time. We will be happy to come back. One of the most beautiful views I have seen.

Beautiful location, friendly and responsive host. All amenities mentioned were provided. There’s no kitchen as mentioned, but can use microwave, kettle and hot pot to warm or cook basic stuff. No issues if you’re coming by car, but in case of walking, as all of the bus stops are downhill, it could be a tough walk. Also it’s because the place is uphill you get such beautiful lake view. Pool table is icing on the cake. So thankful to the host for letting us use washer and dryer. Also we were given croissants, nutella on arrival, overall a great stay.

This place is a romantic spot on Lake Zurich that is truly one of a kind. Those who have a narrow understanding of nature and can do without luxury will really feel comfortable and at home here and love this place... Cool.
