Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Perfekt für einen Entspannung Urlaub mit Privatsphäre.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Wir waren mit drei Familien in der Villa Laura und waren super zufrieden. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Größe, alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Auf Anfragen wurde immer und super schnell geantwortet - sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig am Berg gelegenen Ferienhaus eine tolle Zeit mit einer siebenköpfigen Gruppe. Der Pool war erfrischend, der Whirlpool kuschelig warm. Unsere Hosts waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer für uns erreichbar. Für unseren letzten Abend haben sie uns ein leckeres Fischrestaurant im nahe gelegenen Klenovica empfohlen. Abends war es häufig sehr windig, es gab im Haus und im unteren Bereich aber genug überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im Umland befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, hübsche Örtchen und auch ein Besuch im Nationalpark Plivicer Seen (2 Stunden Autofahrt) ist einen Tagesausflug wert. Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

Lauras Haus liegt in mitten eines traumhaften Gartens, den sue liebevoll pflegt. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und beim Haus verbracht und sind am späten Nachmittag zum nahe gelegenen Strand gefahren. Es war perfekt für uns und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke, Laura

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, die Umgebung war super ruhig, aber alles wichtige in 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war in einem top Zustand, besonders hervorzuheben sind die Außenanlagen, welche liebevoll gepflegt waren. Auch die Innenräumen waren allesamt sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Badezimmer neu und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend und gab es einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, der Whirlpool perfekt zum Entspannen, und mit dem Billard- und Tischtennistisch hatten wir jede Menge Spaß. Es war wirklich der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und gleichzeitig etwas zu unternehmen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit – alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

Lijep smještaj, na predivnoj lokaciji, čisto i uredno. Preporuka !

A szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, a szállás átvételekor adta át a kulcsot, majd legközelebb távozáskor jött. Teljesen kettesben tudtunk lenni, ha éppen éjjel háromkor akartuk használni a jacuzzit, csak kimentünk és élveztük. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt, bátran ajánljuk!

Unglaublich schöne Lage. Gut um den Alltag mal hinter sich zu lassen. Klare weiterempfehlung.
