Nice comfortable home close to where we wanted to be at The Pit and Embassy motel for the state basketball playoffs.

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

I highly recommend staying with Penny and her husband! They are truly great people that are so welcoming and kind. They have a beautiful house in a nice location that feels very safe. They are respectful of your space and privacy. I really enjoyed chatting with them for the night I could. I hope to come back and stay with them again

The home is even better than the online photos. Have stayed at quite a few Arbnb's, and this home was immaculate. The dual Master bedrooms and hot tubs were impressive with my group of 4 people. All the little details were thought of, and the communication with Christine was always timely and thorough. Really nice layout, and one can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design. Would rent again, if available.

stayed with our family, including in laws and had plenty of space. the grounds were great for the kids pool and vineyards are beautiful. we could see the balloon ascension from the property. hosts are delightful and the snack hall was an added bonus!

Bruce's place was perfect. it was a 3 day stay with my husband our 6 boys and I. we had enough places to sleep and felt right at home. Boys loved the jacuzzi, place was clean and Bruce was very clear on instructions and helpful. I seen a lot of reviews about people worried about the neighborhood although it isn't the most beautiful part of albuquerque we all felt extremely safe.

Bruce’s place was as described. It was safe and quiet. The neighborhood surrounding is full of homeless. They aren’t near the house, but you drive through them. Don’t let that deter you from booking, but be aware.

This is such a beautiful stay by an amazing couple… They go above and beyond for you! Their place you will not be sorry!!! From the private views you get from there beautiful property, too they’re extremely comfortable beds, amenities, made to order breakfast and all the little touches. This is a little slice of heaven.

Al and Ruriko were personable, caring, and attentive toward my mom, and welcoming to both of us. Although my mom and I had our person space, we felt at home in their living space. Ruriko was extremely kind. She made us hot tea in the afternoon which accompanied a special sweet treat (my mom loves sweets so this was perfect after a long morning at the balloon festival). The room was perfect for my mom and I. The room was clean with plenty of space to move around. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous and breathtaking view of Albuquerque and the Sandia mountains with a view of the Rio Grande as well. This is my second time staying here. We plan to stay next year. Thank you both for your friendship.

Great for me & my guests one night stay, room has lots of space and easy parking lot! Area has doggy bags and lots of space for animals :-) The bed was super comfy and clean, and super helpful staff & front desk

Super special place full of New Mexican charm and cozy, lovely vibes. Wonderful place for those looking for a retreat in the quiet, agricultural part of town under stars and enjoying the sauna, hot tub, and community spaces. The hosts are kind, responsive, genuine, and down-to-earth. Highly recommend! Great for groups looking to spend time together. Would return and glowingly recommend to friends and family.

My friend and I stayed in the Anna room for this year's balloon fiesta. Al and Ruriko were very friendly and helpful with our travel plans and the house was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the city and mountains was an added bonus. The best surprise that wasn't included in the listing is that the Anna room has its own full bathroom and a mini fridge, allowing my friend and I to have lots of privacy. The Anna room is also at the end of a hallway with a door to the outside so we rarely ran into any of the other guests. I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Albuquerque.

I’m so glad and grateful that I was able to stay here. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I also appreciated the seamless check-in and the fast WiFi. Above all, it was wonderful to meet Michelle; she’s so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. She even helped me after I got a bit lost hiking. My highest recommendations for this airbnb!

This was my second stay at the Sanctuary and it will NOT be my last. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway surrounded by peace, love, and compassion, this is the place for you. You have the privilege to meet and interact with the animals and learn their history and daily routines. Tamara provides an incredible breakfast that is presented beautifully and is truly restaurant quality. The space is cozy and has all the amenities you will need, and has nice little extra touches provided (snacks, coffee, teas). The nights are calm and peaceful but my favorite part was waking up to the sounds of the animals (keep in mind you are staying at their home). The space is clean and inviting ( the linens smell amazing!) This location is an easy drive to Albuquerque which we did daily for shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for a unique get away tucked off the busy path, with a thoughtful host , and beautiful animal residents to greet you, you will not be disappointed with this Airbnb!
