Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Compact happiness in the middle of Risør!

Right in the center of Risør you can stay small, practical and compact at Bua, a superb nest for two people who want to explore Southern Norway's most beautiful city! The small house contains a lovely double bed, a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a studio kitchen with a mini fridge, induction cooktop and coffee maker. The house was built in 2019 and is in top condition, with heating cables in all floors. It is quiet and secluded, but with immediate proximity to all city amenities.

Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
