Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Spacious, 1 BR, walk-out basement apt on the lower level of our home. Private entrance and driveway. Located in the quiet Park View neighborhood north of Eastern Mennonite University, and just a few miles from JMU, a 15 minute drive to Bridgewater College, and a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged. *no cleaning fee!

The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.
