Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. Our carriage house, Time Out, is a 550 sq. ft. apt above a detached garage located in Old Florida Beach, a gated Gulf front community off 30A. It has a a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Yes - there is wifi, cable, 2 tv's, and a washer and dryer. Old Florida Beach has a wide private beach, as well as a beautiful, large heated community pool. 2 bicycles and beach chairs are included.
