This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This condo stood out from others because of the location and surrounding beach! There aren’t a bunch of high rises so the beach is wide open! It’s close to restaurants and fun activities! Great parking and loved having a huge balcony to enjoy every morning and every evening. We will definitely be back because the location was so great and Nina was so quick to respond to all my questions

Such a beautifully updated space with some of the best views around! The condo could not have been better-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, cozy, and immaculately clean. The pool AND beach access with chair service was such a huge bonus for not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down each day. The location is minutes from Seaside and Watercolor and just a short drive to Alys, Rosemary, etc.—we ate the best food and shopped like crazy and were never more than 10 minutes from the condo! Sarah Beth was so accommodating and always quick to respond. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

This is our 4th visit and once again, no disappointments here! The water view is priceless and Chuck takes amazing care of his rentals both cottage and boat rentals. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet and we really look forward to staying at Chuck’s place every single time. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Jamie and Todd were great hosts! The were great at sending information I needed to know before hand and were quick to response if I had a question. The location of the condo was perfect! I like walking and everything was less than a mile away. As a solo traveler I felt safe. The roads were always busy with people walking up and down the street. A great place for a solo or family trip. I know I will definitely be back with my family.

Perfect place for our family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and the golf cart was a huge hit. Great Location/neighborhood pool and the beach access was less than a 5 minute golf cart ride. Place provided beach chairs, toys, umbrella and easy up. Will absolutely book again.

Awnna's place was clean, beds were very comfortable, had all the kitchen items necessary to cook and keep foods, there were toys for the kids to use at the beach, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Grocery store was close, Whale's Tail had good drinks (crab cakes were not the best), jet ski rental was easy to walk to, and the private beach was great! She was very communicative, and gave good recommendations for rentals, etc. It was easy to travel to restaurants for dinner. We hope to come back again in the future with our family. This place was a game changer for us. We go to Destin at least 3 times a year however we’ve never stayed in a home “ right on the beach.” It was really nice to not have to bring anything to the beach rather just walk a few steps back to condo for water, lunch or whatever. If you can’t sleep with out a fan like me, there were box fans in every closet. The only advice I have with the condo is book far in advance. It’s very popular.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. The house was described and looked exactly like the pictures. We had lots of room for our two families. Beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great as the house stayed cool all day and night. Bathrooms were very cleaned and had plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The appliances were very nice and top of the line. The patio space was nice for visiting and the umbrellas give the perfect amount of shade. Steps away from the beach which gives the opportunity for you to go back and forth to the house very quickly. Location was great, no issues with deliveries or Ubers being able to find us. Lastly, host was very responsive when questions were asked and checked in with me throughout the stay.

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Absolutely loved the condo! Great views-saw lots of manatees & a huge sea turtle. Layla was a wonderful host and made last minute accommodations for us. Lots to do and eat around us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Firstly - the listing photos do not do the view justice! Next to being right on the sand, time spent on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunset was our favorite time. The condo complex is well laid out - with plenty of parking, three pools and three beach access points. Having chairs and an umbrella reserved - courtesy of our hosts - was fantastic! Bring yourself, a towel and some snacks - that’s all you need for a great beach day! Walmart for groceries and other necessities is just around the corner (walkable) as were some restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s an easy drive from the Panama City airport. We’d love to stay again!

Mitzi helped me out in a big way after I had lost our babies blanket. She was able to find it through the homeowners association and is shipping it to me. Very thankful for this. super responsive host.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The location is amazing, central to a lot of things on 30A and right on the beach. The view is incredible, both on the patio as well as the huge window in the master. The home itself is incredibly clean and well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Dora was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay as a family of 4 and cannot wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! Everything was exactly as described and Kevin answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. You are standing on the beautiful beach in about 50 yrds from the front door of the unit. So so easy! We walked both nights to Sharky's for dinner and it was absolutely fabulous 👌 For breakfast, we walked right across the street to the diner. Everything was very convenient!

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!
