Condo holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

We had a wonderful time staying here! The view from the patio was spectacular and it was the perfect location to stay on 30A. We got the best of both worlds with the beach and pool at the condo and then the town right next door. Clean house. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and felt just like home! Great location nice and quite beautiful private beach! Literally steps from the back of the condo to the beautiful white sandy beach (exactly what we were looking for). Looking forward to our next stay…hopefully real soon!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to rent bikes or have a walkable area to be in. The beach, not something the host is responsible for, is a bit crowded. If you are staying in Seacrest and want a 1 bedroom - this is your place!

Would absolutely stay here again! Exactly like the photos described. Worked perfectly for me and my husband for a 3-day trip. The beach access was super close and the location was a short bike ride (7ish minutes) to Seaside. Lee was very responsive and the place had everything we needed. Thank you!!

Gorgeous view. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of plates, utensils, towels, sheets and blankets. Ragip was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Perfect setup for a place to stay for our family of 4. It’s everything you want, and nothing you don’t need. Having beach access so close our 2 year old can walk there is so perfect! Place was clean and easy to find. Really enjoyed our stay!

Ms. Lidiya was amazing! Anytime I had a question she had a fast response. The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures, and was in walking distance of main activities. You can never get bored. It was something to do around every corner. It rained while we were in town and we still had an amazing time! Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! From the moment we walked in, all we could say was wow (literally!). This home is absolutely stunning — it somehow looked even better in person than in the photos. Every space was thoughtfully designed and spotless, making it instantly feel like a dream vacation. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We parked the car and didn’t touch it the whole trip — everything we needed was just a short walk or bike ride away, from the beach to restaurants to shops. Truly the best of Rosemary Beach. And the pool… absolutely amazing. It was a favorite spot for our kids, perfect for relaxing after the beach or just hanging out during the day. We’ve stayed in a lot of great rentals, but this one was something special. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is not only beautiful, it’s comfortable and perfectly located. The owner is easily contacted and always replies quickly. We loved everything and would stay again!

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

The unit was fantastic for our week at the beach. Bike rental was right across the main street and the beach right at the end of the road. Publix was nearby for anything we ran out of. Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was beautifully decorated, perfect beach theme! A close walk to the beach or a tram was available every 15 minutes. Bike rentals, shopping, restaurants, and live music at night just downstairs! Felt like a 5 star hotel/resort! Would definitely use Leigh’s place again!

CC’s By the Sea is a beautiful beach condo full of necessities making guests feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others. Panama City Beach was a lot of fun and we plan to return one day.

Booked a last minute babymoon and this condo/location did not disappoint! Walking distance to the center and super close to all restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and the beach! Loved the tram service that picked you up to go to/from the beach. Super clean and modern rental and Rebekah was super friendly and helpful with an early check in. Would definitely book again!

Kate and Jeremy were wonderful! Their location was beautiful, the very second room off the road, saving you all that extra time driving around the parking lot. The place actually looks bigger than the pictures, and it fit my wife and I more than perfectly. The location was perfect, 45 minutes from Destin and PCB, but a perfectly peaceful beachside town. The local restaurants were all absolutely amazing, with grocery and many dining options just 1 mile from the room. This room was absolutely perfect for a getaway, a studio for a couple or even with a few kids would be great because of the pull out bed. The WiFi did go out a few times during our stay, but the weather was not the greatest so that could explain it. And the upstairs neighbors were a little loud but when you're in such a beautiful location, that's a price i am willing to pay 100% of the time. Kate and Jeremy have such a hidden gem and is worth a book!
