Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosemead

We had an amazing stay and everything was exactly as described!!

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay. This was the perfect size for me and had a nice location.

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Very nice apartment, clean, very bautifull, comfortable bed with all the pillows, kitchen with all the things you need and also there was salt and oil which made it more easy for us to cook something! Tv very new with netflix and all stuff to have more fun while your stay . Permit to parking was ready when we arrived, the owner asked us a couple of times if we needed some help with anything. Davi’s place was the most perfect stay for my few days in LA. The apartment was beautiful, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and I felt extremely safe. Walking distance to target was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the LA area. 10/10!!

We had a great stay! The location was convenient, with lots of Asian restaurants and fast food nearby for late-night cravings. Our room was clean and the bed felt like a hotel bed—super comfy. A few things could be improved: there were no “no shoes” sign that I saw, so I felt as though the floors in the common areas weren’t very clean, so we kept our shoes on until we reached our room. The shower near the kitchen had low water pressure, which made it hard to rinse and not ideal for a good shower. Sound carries easily—we could hear footsteps and doors clearly, even from our room, so we felt we had to whisper. But these did not ruin our stay! Overall, it was comfortable and enjoyable!

A++ experience. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The king-size bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The in-unit washer and dryer was super handy. I very much appreciated the easy off-street parking. I think this location would be great for a family as well. I did not use the pull out but if I had more people that would have come in handy.

Great value stay, host didn't speak much English but was there to greet me when I arrived and show my room. Microwave in room was great addition for easy zap dinner and breakfast. Walmart right down street.

I like this property alot. I would stay here again and highly recommend

Hang’s place was just what I was looking for. The space is detached from the main house, clean and quiet. There was a wedding at a house on the street, taking up all the parking spaces. Hanh’s husband had saved me a spot. It doesn’t get more thoughtful than that!! I will most definitely be returning.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
