Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο όσον αφορά στην καθαριότητα και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άκρως φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί ☺️ Το σημείο είναι ήσυχο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Βενετία και στα γύρω νησάκια! Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ είμαστε ευγνώμων 🌸🌷🪻

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

Helpful host, clean apartment with everything needed, right in the center of Rovigo.

sehr freundlich. flexibler check in was sehr gut war. Übernachtung für paar Tage für den Preis ist super. Leider aufgrund der Hauptstraße ist es relativ laut nachts. Für mich war das noch in Ordnung aber für die Familie etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Ich kann die Wohnung aufjedenfall empfehlen wer nur für paar Tage ne Wohnung sucht.

Уютная квартира, идеальное расположение в самом центре Венеции, с отличным балконом и фантастическим видом. Прекрасно оборудованная кухня с красивой посудой, хозяева позаботились также о наборе нужных продуктов ( кофе, соль , даже оливковое масло!). Очень удобная и красивая ванная комната. Если вам не сложно подниматься на высокий этаж - однозначно рекомендуем!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rand des belebten Stadtkerns. Dadurch kommt man in kürzester Zeit zu zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nicht besonders laut in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Andrea hat uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett begrüßt, hat uns durch die Wohnung geführt und gibt auch gerne Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Durch zahlreiche Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeit gibt es auch keine Schwierigkeiten, das Gepäck unterzubringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Padova sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Highly recommended , the hosts are very friendly and responsive. They insured that we had a nice Venetian day 😊 Bus to Venice from right across the street , very convenient, so it a supermarket. Go for it!!!

Un séjour super. Barbara est une hôte superbe, réactif et à l'écoute. Le logement est bien équipé et comme sur les photos. Il est bien situé, commerce et restaurants a côté. Proche de Venise acces facile en bus ou voiture pour aller au Vaporetto. Le plus Barbara nous a offert une balade en vélo au bord de la Lagune, un moment très agréable. je recommande.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Tolle Wohnung mit direkt angrenzender Bademöglichkeit hinter dem Garten. Die Essmöglichkeit im gedeckten Wintergarten war mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ideal zu jeder Tageszeit. Von den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nutzten wir eines, die restlichen haben wir selber mitgenommen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist um die Insel zu erkunden. Leo war zudem immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir ihn benötigten oder irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

es war super schön! alles sauber und ordentlich. hat alles himmlisch nach frisch gewaschener Wäsche gerochen. sehr freundlich alles gewesen. zu empfehlen!

Appartamento molto bello e curato nei particolari, avendo fatto solo due notti è stato perfetto, con più giorni di permanenza consiglierei un armadio per non dover usare le cassettiere, ma siamo davvero ai dettagli, perché ha davvero tutto ciò che serve e di buona qualità

Elenora war immer erreichbar, auch Sonntags, das war Klasse ! Das Haus an sich absolut Top ! Die Häuser links und rechts neben uns waren noch im Rohbau. Sonntags war noch alles ruhig, dann am Montag bis Freitag ging es links und rechts los mit hämmern, Flexen, Bohren, Dielen und Schalungsbretter wurden umgelagert, Gerüstteile geliefert / abgeholt kurzum: Wenn man uns einen Hinweis gegeben hätte das hier noch gebaut wird, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Dann kam noch das Fiasko mit dem Pool, wir mussten dreimal Elenora kontaktieren. Jedes Mal kam ein Monteur, der 1. drücke irgendwelche Knöpfe und ging dann wieder, dann fiel die Anlage wieder aus. Dann kamen 2 andere Monteure schauten sich das Pumpwerk an. Drückten Knöpfe, die Pumpe lief dann wieder, bis zum Abend. Wir mussten dann Elenora wieder kontaktieren und dann kam der 3. Techniker mit Ersatzteilen. Baute diese ein und dann lief das Ganze. Wir mussten halt immer präsent sein. Bei einer Woche 3 Tage wg. Pool. Nicht schön.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

A szállás csodás volt. Minden helybe kb autóval 2 perc. Azt bántuk, hogy a környék nem túl barátságos. Így a kirándulásokon kívűl nem voltunk sehol.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme avec notre enfant. Le premier étage est conçu comme un appartement bien équipé avec un accès sur une terrasse et un jardin coquet. La localisation sur l'île du Lido est idéale : un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du vaporetto pour rejoindre Venise, avec de bons restaurants accessibles à proximité et la plage à 15 minutes à pieds. Un grand merci à Carla et son époux pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur bienveillance. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse paisible et recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

Ruhige, aber trotzdem zentral gelegene Wohnung in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Busabfahrt nach Venedig von der Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

The apartment is amazing, exactly as shown in the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly attentive and understanding, especially when I made a mistake. I truly appreciated their kindness and communication. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.
