The apartment is such a beautiful place to stay at. The location is excellent, we found lots of things to do and we always felt safe. Andrea is a great host and provided amazing recommendations. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

Great location for everything and nice quiet area

Marco and Kety were great hosts. They had plenty of recommendations for us and helped out when needed. The place was spotless and in a good location. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

We loved our one week stay at this apartment in Venice. It was close to the Giardini Vaporetta stop. That gave us easy access to the rest of Venice and quick escape route when we were done with the crowds. Stay here. Visit St. Marks and all the other outdoor sites in the early morning. The light is good for pictures and no one is around. 6-8 am is the sweet spot. Book times for anything you want to see that's indoors for the afternoons. Ah, back to the apartment. It was perfect. Clean, quiet, great restaurant around the corner. We would stay again.

I love this apartment! It’s so light and airy! Great view to wake up to in the morning overlooking the Guidecca. Also easy to get to with Vaporetto or walking. Highly recommended!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

Fabio’s place was well furnished and exactly as described. The location was excellent with easy access to everything but tucked away enough to be relatively quiet. Fabio’s colleague met us for check in and gave us an excellent dinner suggestion - best meal we had in Italy. Highly recommend for your stay in Venice!

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

We had an unforgettable week in this stunning 2-bedroom apartment just steps from the iconic Rialto Bridge. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of Venice, with easy access to everything from charming local cafes and restaurants to vaporetto stops and hidden alleyways waiting to be explored. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus for our longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough — it was the perfect base for our Venetian adventure. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin
