We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.
