The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
