On the outskirts of Rostock

You will find peace and relaxation in this cozy 52 m² basement apartment. It is located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 meters from your apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Modernly furnished and flooded with light, this 3-room apartment awaits the Baltic Sea lover. The apartment was only built in 2024 in a new building, the location is at the southern end of the Alte Strom. This apartment is furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture such as a large sofa and a round teak dining table. From the living room you can access the balcony with a southeast orientation. In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people can be accommodated comfortably. It is about 1000 m to the beach.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
