Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

1 Zimmer 20 m2 Souterrain Apartment

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120 x 200 bed, suitable for one (1) person only. Self check-in via a lockbox (code on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN are available. The accommodation has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linens, shower towel and hand towel are provided.

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Annex apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

The next Tram station is 5 minutes away. particular importance is attached to disinfecting the accommodation /bed linen. Contactless Check-in is possible. Parking places for free. The room fits for 2 persons with a twin bed. Coffeemaker, Microwave and minibar are available.Also a waterheater for tea.
