Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet und bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafausziehcouch. Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich.
