The accommodation & the garden (pool, etc.) is very clean and well maintained. Goran was always available, his father was on site. Very friendly and helpful! We felt right at home, everything you need for self-catering is on site. The beach is only accessible by car, but this is not a problem, there is plenty of parking in the city, as well as on the beach.

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is simply perfect, we had a great time in Medulin. It is fully equipped, roomy and has a beautiful sea view! We spent the whole month there with our dog and Ivo and Sonja created really warm homely atmosphere at their house. The house is near shops and restaurant's, next to the beach but at a quite place. Will definitely recommend and if have a chance again - stay there myself.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Elvin & Ivana are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They were always available and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is well equipped and has everything what you need for a long stay. AC was a life-safer during very hot days. The location is very good to explore the area, 5 minutes away from the sea and well connected to the highways, but you definitely need a car. The house located in a small village with all benefits of countryside life and sounds in the morning, so be ready for that :) but we really enjoyed that chirp. I can highly recommend Elvin & Ivana's place.

Vedran is a very nice host, always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us with dog. Right outside the door is a large meadow to walk around as well as a dog beach nearby, either reachable by car in about 3 minutes or on foot. All in one, value for money was very good and satisfied.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Perfect stay We had a fantastic time in this villa in Croatia, despite not quite as good weather. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would particularly like to emphasize that Dejan heated the pool for us free of charge, as the weather unfortunately did not play along. That was an absolute plus and sweetened our days! We were there with a total of four adults and four children and the villa was perfect for us. The gym has an extra play corner with Lego and Duplo, which was a highlight for the kids. The villa is very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone had enough space. We really didn't miss anything! Really EVERYTHING you need is available! We can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to come back!

It was even better than we expected! The olive grove is simply breathtaking. Starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the veranda is the best thing about vacation. The owner left us literally EVERYTHING we needed: from mosquito spray to washing powder. There was not a minute that we experienced discomfort or lack of something. Our dog was happy to guard such a large territory. The air conditioner was also a salvation for us at night. On the way out, we were given olive oil and it was just a wonderful end to the trip. Thank you so much for your accommodation and for the opportunity to come with a pet!

You can tell that the hosts attach great importance to comfort – we really lacked nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen to cozy seating and comfortable beds, everything was perfect. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts, who are not only warm and friendly, but also very attentive and accommodating. They were available to us at any time with questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. This house is more than just a place to stay – it's a real experience! We would definitely recommend it as an insider tip and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is clean and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The country yard is charming and ideal for relaxation. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and supportive - Tomislav provided an extensive list of great local recommendations, and when the weather turned rainy, he kindly arranged free access to a pool at a nearby hotel in Umag. As a lovely final touch, the hosts served us an amazing dinner. We truly appreciated their hospitality and hope to visit this beautiful house again in the future. Thank you so much!

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

The place was really very nicely tastefully decorated and very clean. Great amenities. Everything you need. There's nothing to complain about. The contact was very nice and there was always an immediate response. Our dogs were welcome. Everything fenced, therefore perfect with dog. A bottle of wine and oil from your own production to welcome you. What you should know: the entire promenade of umag is completely renovated and it is therefore partly still a construction site. It didn't bother us. We really highly recommend the place

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!
