Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

We were very satisfied with our apartment at Sandi's and his family's. Everyone was so warm to our little son (1 year) He was even allowed to ride the tricycle with his daughter every day and was always happy when he saw the family. It was a very warm and family-like stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

The stay was great. The area is beautiful and the beaches within walking distance. The old town is also highly recommended and you have many choices for food, coffee and a relaxed after-work beer. Jasmina was very helpful and understanding. We'd love to come back😊

The apartment is very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped, it contains everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt right at home. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).
