Appartement très bien situé car plein centre et tout peut se faire à pied. Plage et mer à 200m / Gare à 800m / marché et boutiques en bas de l'immeuble / Restaurants multiples à quelques pas. Logement entier. Posez vos valises aux premières loges, entre place du marché et plage, pour découvrir Royan à pied. Le boulevard et ses rues adjacentes sont en zone bleu du 1er juin au 30 septembre, toutes les autres rues sont en parking libre (disque à disposition dans l'appartement). You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays.
