Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

The accommodation is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, clean, properly equipped, air circulates in the rooms despite the hot weather, it feels good. A large free and open parking is accessible downstairs from the building. The beach and harbor are a short walk away. René is welcoming, responsive and has good advice. I will not hesitate to call him again for a stay on Royan!

A really beautiful apartment right on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the ocean view very much, the open kitchen was great and the living room with the panoramic balcony was a dream. The two parking spaces right by the house are also worth their weight in gold. Super equipped kitchen and very tasteful interior design complete the whole thing.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Beautiful apartment with a spacious and pleasant living room, bright, clean, well-equipped, we had a very good stay as a family. The big +: the very large terrace without neighbors and the location!

Great view, the beach is really 50 M away. The shops nearby are open, it's very good. Quiet neighborhood, the street below is one-way, the accommodation is spacious, the bedding good. A refreshment of the dishes would be welcome, bathroom and kitchen at the top, the rest a little old but functional. After all, it's more than enough for a vacation. We'll be happy to go back. David

The accommodation itself is nice, quiet, well-equipped for a pleasant time. In addition, located 300 meters from the ocean and restaurants in a forest setting. Great! I recommend it. We had a very pleasant stay at PEGGY'S, we enjoyed the "cocooning" of the seating area that overlooks the beautifully landscaped inner courtyard and protected from everyone's eyes. Unfortunately time didn't help us and we weren't able to enjoy it as we would have liked… The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and absolute calm is guaranteed.

We had a great time at David's place. The accommodation is clean and welcoming, it feels really good. In just a few minutes' walk, we could reach the beaches or shops. Thoughtful host. Recommended.

I spent a charming stay with my little dog at Sarah's... Vast and warm house... Perfectly clean...decorated with great taste... in terms of equipment nothing is missing up to the last detail...A small green path right next door to take out your loulous...Sarah is very responsive, always attentive to the slightest problem...I highly recommend this address...

Beautiful, hidden away beach retreat. Close enough to the town to walk & enjoy cafes, restaurants and the local daily market, far enough away to enjoy quiet times when needed.

Very well located house close to the beach and shops. We had a lovely week in this lovely house and garden. Not overlooked. Everything is done by bike from the house. Thanks to Emmanuelle for hosting us and for her advice .

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place

Small 3-day getaway in Royan. What a treat to wake up facing the sea, after a night in a comfortable bed. The apartment is cozy and furnished and tastefully arranged. Facilities for parking. Beautiful stay, accommodation matches the photos, very warm welcome by André. The property is conveniently located to do almost everything without needing to take our vehicle.

We had a pleasant stay. Well located, well equipped overall, clean. Host responsive to messages (we had difficulty finding the right listing number). Small nice accommodation for 2 that we recommend, with a nice small terrace. The residence was almost empty in early June (and not many people on the island of Oleron in general), so it was even more pleasant.

Chrys, always very responsive, picked us up from the train station by car while it's not far at all on foot. She took us around the village to explain all the amenities. She is a tonic and super welcoming person. The accommodation is separated from its dwelling by the terrace and the pool so we quickly meet each other on a daily basis. The exchange is always cordial and friendly. Not at all invasive. The bedding is comfortable, the room quiet. the amenities are minimalist and simple but everything is super clean. The dog, a German shepherd, is young so a little playful sometimes but that didn't bother us, thanks to the gate that isolates the small terrace, he stayed behind. Small super nice pool too. Very nice stay, thank you!
