Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

A well-furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan seafront 15 min quiet walk. A very good time in a cute and ideally located accommodation.

Second stay still as impeccable at Valérie's. Attentive and friendly host and very accommodating on schedules. Quiet accommodation at a pedestrian crossing to the sea, perfect for a stay or vacation for two.

We had a breakdown with the car on the way, but Annie understood the situation very well and was very understanding to us! She is a person with a warm and big heart, just for this we would definitely come back! That is why this location is also highly recommended!!

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Their advice for visiting the region was very helpful. A big thank you to both of you for the little treats too. We highly recommend it.

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
