This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Maison à 10mn à pied des plages et du centre

House ideally located only 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Saint Georges de Didonne and Vallières (Royan side). You can also walk quickly to downtown St Georges (10-15 min). Bicycle paths at the end of the street. Rental from Saturday to Saturday preferably. Possibility to rent monthly (degressive rate). You will have a lovely stay there!

Graziella and it's ground floor just re-built is waiting forward yout o make you enjoy restful and "accessible" sea holidays!! Indeed, this lodge bought with a familial purpose was entirely revisit par it's hosts Marc & Chrystelle to be able to propose a place for everyboby, disabled or not, to discover Royan and it's area easily.
