In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

In a few minutes you can walk to all the shops for everyday use, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking is available in front of the house.
