The apartment is in an absolutely central location, 10 minutes' walk to the Westfalenhalle, the soccer stadium or the city. A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding area. The U-Bahn [subway] stations are a 2-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the house. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. If necessary, it is possible to rent two bicycles to get from point A to point B even faster.

The bedroom has a ceiling height of only 1.35 m. So you should be a little athletic if you want to go to bed at night. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool
