Vacation home

After a break of about two years, our cozy vacation home is available for booking again and is looking forward to welcoming new guests. The house is ideally located: Neheim's downtown area, with its many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, is within a few minutes' walking distance. The AIM Convention Center is also very close by and easy to get to. Right outside the front door is the popular Ruhr Valley Bike Path, which offers wonderful cycling routes along the Ruhr.

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements such as plank floors, wooden stairs and cassette doors are still present and offer wonderful old building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, have been renovated and the walls insulated. When we are away, we are happy to provide our family home. It is not an anonymous place to stay, so we would like the facility to be treated with respect and care.
