Very clean cottage with great location! Easy and flexible check-in and the setting was great.

Very cozy cottage with no end of space: You can spend time in a spacious cottage, veranda, terrace, home, yard, beach, lake. From the yard sauna, a short walk to the beach, which, due to its depth and dark water, is not suitable for toddlers to swim. Beautifully decorated and put together that you wouldn't want to leave🙂.

I stayed with some friends for 1 night, the cottage is cozy and clean, with a fireplace we loved and a big sauna with shower. Although surrounded by other cottages, it's still quiet and private and with a lovely view on the lake Saimaa. Indications were super clear and whenever we need we asked and got replied quickly. We really enjoyed!

Visa & Noora were very gracious hosts. They responded to messages very quickly and comprehensively. Their instructions were also extensive and varied. The place is really nice and quiet, so we got to ourselves. Very good for a large group with space for everyone and things to do! Strong recommendation for hosts and the listing!

The accommodation provided a perfect blend of comfort, beauty and tranquility and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Peaceful and scenic location. The hot tub, which was just the right size for three people as promised, was especially pleasant and provided relaxing moments at the end of the day. The house itself was warm and cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils – although the grater was missing, we got one and left it for the next guests. Overall, the stay was a really enjoyable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped getaway in a beautiful setting. Marjut was always in touch and helped with questions. Thank you for this wonderful vacation!

The villa and the surroundings are very beautiful. We much enjoyed our stay in the villa and the peacefulness and beauty of the whole area. If you have a chance to stay in this place, don’t hesitate. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

This Mökki was awesome! We had such a great time. It is even more nice than on the pictures. Everything what is needed you’ll find there. The Sauna is great and the dip after that in the lake made this trip perfect. The house itself is big enough for a family so we had really enough space for the two of us. Yulia explained everything perfect and answered very quickly. Excellent host! Hope we’ll come back very soon as it was very hard to leave! To enjoy the life like a Finn during Midsommer we couldn’t have get any better place. Quietness and relaxation guaranteed! Thanks Yulia for making these days unforgettable.

I had the most lovely few days at the White House in Parikkala. David is an extremely kind, helpful and attentive host, who ferried me to and from the station, was always on hand to help with any questions I had and even rescued me when I got stranded out on the lake in his boat! The house is spacious, very comfortable and well kept, and the area is full of exciting things to explore for anyone who loves nature! I would highly recommend a stay here.

A kind, spacious house away from the hustle and bustle on the shore of the lake. 2 saunas (one in the house, one on the shore, but quite untidy). Luxurious view from the windows, good patio/terrace, large and well-maintained area nearby. A great place to connect with nature, about 10 km to the nearest supermarket. The disadvantages are - unacceptable tap water for drinking (only bring your own!), due to the high iron content, all plumbing looks extremely untidy. More than a meager BBQ area - 2 dirty chairs and a barbecue are very old, tiny and killed by life (there is also gas from the hosts, but without gas), and clearly brought by tourists. There are logs, but no axe. Nevertheless, the owners are very pleasant and friendly people, and if you take into account all the disadvantages and prepare for them in advance - you will have a great time. We enjoyed our five nights at Kari-Pekka’s very comfortable and spacious cabin. Best of all was the spectacular lakeside setting and surrounding forest. The silence was astonishing and the tranquillity truly transformative. Sitting on the pontoon and looking out over the expanse of water had an almost dream-like quality. It was utterly beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which had all the essentials for cooking. It was perfect for our family stay. The service man was excellent—very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Their assistance made our experience even smoother. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would definitely book again in the future!

A good modern cottage in a quiet location, within easy reach of Savonlinna and other nearby attractions. We comfortably enjoyed the place for two nights. There were some challenges finding the cabin, as mentioned earlier in the comments. However, the host can provide a cottage number, and there is a cottage map near the area's respa, where you can view the location. Communication with the owner is fine.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful and peaceful yard. The host was there to open the door and told us about the history of the place. A lovely surprise was also the local Karelian pies. Communication worked well - there was no need to wait for a response. Great location. A group of three had their own bedroom for each. Big recommendation for people looking for an atmospheric stay!

Wonderful secluded spot, very relaxing home, garden and surroundings. The property has everything you could need, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the BBQ is fantastic with lots of outdoor space, but the lakeside sauna is the best part of all. The internet was super fast and it was great having instant hot water whenever I needed it. This is quite a luxurious cottage and much bigger than the pictures show. Aleksandr was very responsive and answered all my questions. I wish I could have stayed longer.
