Very nice and comfortable. The house was great, equipped with everything and despite not being very large it was very good. Ideal for two people. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. And if someone seems to be far from the center, they are wrong. The communication is very good, just a few steps from the house there is a bus stop with two lines that take you directly to Callao or Atocha (41 and 75). And if you go somewhere else, you can get off at the Prince Pío exchanger where the bus leaves you in just ten minutes and where you can change to the subway and trains.

Carol was there when we arriveand and was very helpful and always ready to help us. The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos, it is small but served perfectly for our group of 5, cozy and functional, with a lovely decor and a very well-equipped kitchenette. It is very well located, we practically did not need to catch transports and walked everywhere. I definitely recommend it!

The situation is perfect, next to the subway station in a neighborhood with a lot of life (not looking for tranquility!), Very close to Gran Vía and Sol, many times I have walked. So nice and helpful Pablo and all for a very nice price. Fully recommended! Great place to stay; everything is as described! Prime location minutes away from the heart of the city! Everything is super close to the apartment; the furthest points being within a 30 minute walk! All the sofa beds came with sheets, and the actual bed is huge. 8 people can fit comfortably in this apartment. There are two AC units that keep the apartment nice and cool, which was extremely useful during our visit since Madrid was experiencing a heat wave. The door was a bit difficult to open for us and a neighbor had to teach us, so maybe try practicing while you’re being checked-in. Additionally, the shower was a bit smaller than we were used to, but I’ve realized that’s very common here in Europe. Overall, this was a great place to stay at for a great price! Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Loved our stay at Valen's place. The location is spectacular and very easy to find. we loved the quaint space and how quiet the neighborhood was.

The flat is in a great location between two metro stations. There is everything you need and lots of space for 1 person. The bed is comfortable and it’s on the ground floor which makes it easy with luggage.

Olga is very friendly. The accommodation is very clean. It is 15 minutes from all the places to visit (the Prado, the Reina Sofia museum, the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol). I highly recommend this accommodation.

The stay turned out to be more pleasant than expected. We found the elevator which was not signposted and the new shower cubicle, just done. The location is excellent and perfectly served by the services even if all the important sites are within walking distance (museums, center, ...). Olga proved to be very helpful, pretty and nice. Modern and cozy apartment. It is in a strategic point (La Gran Vía), you can go shopping, do cultural tourism, varied gastronomy, etc. It is easy to get there from the train, airport and other transport.

The hostel itself was comfortable and nice. But the windows leading to the elevator corridor were a bit uncomfortable.

I was looking for a place near the city centre (and close to an office for work) with good wifi and basic amenities. This place was a great fit! The room is one of a couple rooms in what is essentially a nice hostel-like atmosphere in which you have your own room and the common areas (kitchen, living room, washroom) are all shared. There were a few other people staying in other rooms. Wifi worked very well - I was able to work from the room. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen had dishes and cookware. Check-in was easy per the instructions provided. I would recommend this place and also stay here again when I visit Madrid. Thanks!

Ideally located apartment, center of madrid, we almost did everything on foot. Although central it overlooks a courtyard, so there is no noise from the busy street. There is coffee, tea with the machine dulce gusto, it's a plus. Thank you for the welcome, transport, advice etc.

This was an impeccably clean apartment in a fabulous location. We hardly walked more than 10 minutes to anything we went to on this leg of our journey. Alicia was incredibly patient and flexible when we were running late from the train station for check-in. The apartment is chic with a very unique set up. Just one caveat I would note is that the stairs to the lofted bedroom are a bit steep (felt more like a ladder) and the ceilings are a little lower than I expected. If you are used to that kind of thing, or are careful it isn't at all a problem—I was just a bit careless and bumped my head. I still recommend it strongly!

Gorgeous flat! Lovely kitchen and bathroom. We had a really comfortable stay. The flat is a bit of a walk from the centre but there are really nice areas all around the apartment with lots of bars and shops.

Juan was willing at all times, he helped us with everything we needed and was very friendly and polite, without a doubt the perfect host. The spectacular house, all new and very well decorated and in one of the best streets of Madrid.

Our trip to Madrid was plan in short notice, however a special one since I was traveling with my 14yr old daughter. I chose the room because the location was great and it was in a nice renovated apartment. After I made the reservation I texted Juan via viber. He was friendly, helpful and respectful. When we got to the apartment it was exactly how it shows in the pictures and Juan was a perfect host.

Very modern and clean house! The host was impeccable and made a giant effort to speak English and made us quite comfortable. The only thing to point out is the location, due to the fact that it is located in the neighborhood, more specifically, in Madrid's largest cocaine and heroin trafficking street. At noon we saw people sending a line of cocaine under the house.

Central accommodation: although small, it has everything to make your stay in Madrid a pleasant one. The managers are also exceptional and overshadow the possible small inconveniences that may happen to the services of the apartment.

This is a nice cozy place. It's not as bright as in the pictures, but everything works well (stove, microwave, washing machine, heater, etc). The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The building is nice and the neighborhood is fantastic with a great choice of supermarkets, cafes, shops, bars, restaurants and a superb park nearby (Parque del Oeste). We had to change our reservation because the upstair neighbor was doing some renovation and Consuelo's support was incredible during the process. Highly recommended!
