The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Our house and parking are about 150 m away, on the other side of the forest. Swimming and fishing in the lake possible.

Our accommodation is a large, well equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. There are great views of the Altshausen Castle from the bedroom. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance) and yet quiet area. You are welcome to use the garden. A beautiful swimming lake is 10 minutes walking distance.

Former economic building of the forestry, rebuilt in 2006, very quiet located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis spa can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other spas within a radius of about 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
