The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Welcome to Neuwied! 🌿 We (Lukas & Britta) have lovingly converted our former double garage into a modern, 80 m² apartment with its own garden, large terrace, separate entrance and parking space. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right outside the door and the high level of comfort.

The approx. 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a separate building. A parking space is available. The apartment is functional and complex. The kitchen with dining counter also has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle (coffee & tea are available). In the living area there is a satellite TV and a radio alarm clock. There is a 120 cm foldaway bed and a 140 cm box spring bed. Not suitable for toddlers.
