Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a core-renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to make you feel good. Restaurants, cafes are right outside the front door, Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here it can also be nicely seated in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.

You can live in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa with a view of a quiet garden area very close to the Neckar. The old town is about 20 minutes walk away. Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room that you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open windows!!
