Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Basement apartment of about 110 m2 with nice views. 5 minutes from the beach with good swimming and hiking opportunities. 1 bedroom with 180cm double bed. Large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna! Nice outside space with 2 seating areas and with sun all day! Fun to see/experience: Nordberg fort, Surf/kiting/windsurfing on the beaches (course opportunities), Lista lighthouse etc and often several experiences in the city of Vanse and Farsund.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Idyllic resort.

My place is near Vanse city center. You'll love my place because of rural and peaceful surroundings. It takes about 5-6 hours to drive from Oslo to Helvik by car, and about 1.5 hours from Kristiansand. Perfect as an intermediate station on the way to/from Stavanger or the "pulpit". The sandy beaches on Lista are unique, several kilometres with great sandy beach. Great nature and many hiking opportunities.
